Lighthouse Land Staff, Inc. has assembled a team of experienced attorneys, petroleum landmen, right-of-way agents and brokers so that we are the premier provider of services in title research, title curative, due diligence, leasing and property acquisition. Additional services we provide include all work related to the acquisition of pipeline rights-of-way, utility easements, substations, compressor sites and meter sites. These additional services further include arranging landowner meetings; obtaining survey permission and permits; routing; and mapping. We can provide ArcGIS and multiple-sized maps upon request.
